The Journal du Droit Transnational (JDT) is pleased to launch a call for submissions for its upcoming volume.
The Board welcomes contributions that engage with current themes in transnational law, broadly defined, including public and private international law, and EU law.
In addition, the Volume will host a Symposium on “Cyber in International Law: Evolving Frontiers, Normative Challenges, and Institutional Responses” (see description below).
Submissions should be sent in Word format to the Journal at editors@journaldudroittransnational.it by 31 May 2026.
The Journal accepts the following types of contributions:
- Articles between 5,000 and 15,000 words including footnotes;
- Short essays on recent developments and case notes not exceeding 3,000 words including footnotes.
Submissions must be accompanied by an abstract (max. 250 words) and a short biography (max. 150 words).
The Journal prefers to publish contributions in French, but also accepts contributions in English and
Spanish. Articles are subject to blind peer review while short essays and case notes are reviewed by a member of the scientific board.
